DeL 100 L (Calcined Lime Lump) is a premium calcined lime-based product renowned for its efficacy in metallurgical applications. The high-quality lime content serves as a potent flux, adept at removing impurities such as silica, phosphorus, and sulfur.
DeL 100 Lump finds its application in basic oxygen furnaces and Ladle Refining Furnaces (LRF) during secondary metallurgy and refining processes.
For optimal results, it is recommended to add 3-4 kg per ton of DeL 100 L to the ladle. The precise quantity should be adjusted based on heat size and other essential metallurgical parameters.
