DeL100 F is a premium calcined lime based product renowned for its efficacy in sintering process. The high quality lime content facilitates fast binding and proper agglomeration of base mixture.
DeL100 F is used as binder of the base mix along with water to produce final sinter product of required sizes.
For optimal results, it is recommended to add 18-22 kg per ton of base mix. The precise quantity should be adjusted based on plant condition and other essential metallurgical parameters.
